It is possible, click Profile (not sure what in French) then go to Board Language, and go to English or French, whichever you prefer.

Translation Tools aren't very effective to translate a complete sentence or more... I just use it sometimes to verify one word though, but typical expressions are better to check on Wiki for instance too
Google is the best for my part, because Babelfish doesn't translate the apostrophes or accents !

Hello all names Chris from Canada NS hmmm sort of stumbled on this site when searching around for news about the new pokemon game but now that i'm here the whole ideal of making games yourself is kind of hmmm nifty, cool, a nice ideal.

O h yes to clear things up I may be Canadian and "may" have a french last name but i haven't spoken french in 13 years. Which makes it clear that I sort of have forgeting all about it. Shameful

Anyway welcome Are you planning to try and make a new game then ? If you manage to get Rpg Maker you could probably make your own rpg, there are some tutorials on this forum but they're in French. So either you learn french or you can always give it a go without reading any tutorial and if you have any questions just post them here, there are loads of qualified people ready to help out
